This is an entry-level position for this department. Officers at this level will be assigned to the Human Resource Management Units, General Registry, Procurement, Accounts, or General Office Services. Specific duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling statistical records
  • Sorting, filing, and dispatching letters
  • Maintaining an efficient filing system
  • Processing appointments, promotions, disciplinary actions, transfers, and other related human resource management tasks
  • Computing financial or statistical records based on routine or special sources of information
  • Preparing payment vouchers
  • Compiling data and drafting simple letters

Please note that successful candidates may be assigned to any of the following workstations: the Ministry Headquarters, the Regional Headquarters, the Counties, or the Sub-Counties.
